I’m Denis Bruce, a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), holding a Master’s Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and low self-worth.

In an increasingly fast and digital world, many people seek clarity through self-reflection, reading, or even artificial intelligence. While insight can be powerful, lasting emotional change happens in relationship. Alongside my integrative trauma-informed practice, I offer AI-Integrated Therapy, supporting thoughtful individuals who want to transform understanding into embodied change through safe human connection.

My work spans the UK and international settings, including the NHS, private practice, and residential treatment centres, where I’ve helped people navigate life’s most difficult moments with compassion and clarity.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based therapies such as CBT, EMDR, Inner Child therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic modalities. I hold a deep respect for the mind–body connection and believe that healing involves both psychological insight and embodied awareness.

I offer therapy as a steady, pressure-free process, one that honours your pace, your values, and what matters most to you. I work with a small number of clients each week to ensure that each person receives thoughtful, focused care.

Alongside my clinical expertise, I draw on personal practices such as meditation, movement, and mindfulness to stay grounded and bring a holistic lens into the therapy room. My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you can reflect, make sense of your experiences, and discover new ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
