Online Reflective Therapy Group

Emotional Awareness • Relational Patterns • Inner Change

There comes a point where simply understanding yourself is not enough.

You may already have insight into your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, yet still find yourself:

  • Overthinking or second-guessing

  • Feeling anxious in social or relational situations

  • Repeating the same patterns in relationships

  • Holding back or not fully expressing yourself

This group offers a space to explore these experiences more deeply, not just through reflection, but through live relational experience and structured therapeutic support.

What This Group Offers

This is a small, therapist-led online group designed to help you:

  • Develop greater emotional awareness

  • Understand your relational patterns

  • Build confidence in how you show up with others

  • Strengthen a more grounded and stable sense of self

The focus is not only on talking, but on noticing, understanding, and gradually changing patterns as they arise.

A Structured Reflective Approach

This group integrates a reflective practice model, commonly used in professional and clinical settings to support deeper thinking and emotional understanding.

Alongside this, the group draws on:

  • Transactional Analysis (TA) – understanding patterns such as the Inner Critic, Adapted Child, and Adult self

  • Inner Child work – exploring how earlier experiences shape present-day responses

  • Attachment-informed therapy

  • Mindfulness and somatic awareness

Rather than being purely discussion-based, sessions offer a balance of:

  • Reflective space

  • Relational exploration

  • Gentle psychological insight

This helps you not only share your experience, but also make sense of it and begin to respond differently.

Why Group Work?

Many of the challenges we face do not exist in isolation, they emerge in relationship.

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to:

  • Notice how you relate to others in real time

  • Recognise patterns as they happen

  • Receive feedback in a supportive environment

  • Experiment with new ways of responding

This is often where deeper and more lasting change begins.
